How delivery works
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email and SMS with your order ID. Our logistics partner will contact you 24 hours before delivery to confirm your time slot. Large furniture items are delivered by a 2-person team who carry the pieces to your room of choice. Installation is completed the same day in most cases, or scheduled for the next morning if delivery is late in the evening.
Can't find your order ID?
Your order ID is in the confirmation email sent to you immediately after purchase. It follows the format SF-YYYY-XXXXX. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or contact our team with your registered phone number and we will locate your order within minutes.
