Pickup scheduled
Our team schedules a free pickup within 48 hours. You'll receive an SMS with the date and time slot.
Quality check
Once the item is picked up and reaches our warehouse, we complete a quick quality inspection within 24 hours.
Refund processed
Your refund is initiated within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email.

- Item is within 30 days of delivery date
- Manufacturing defect or damage on arrival
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing parts or accessories
- Significant colour or finish mismatch from listing
- Item unused and in original packaging (change of mind)
Non-returnable items
- Customised or made-to-order furniture
- Items with visible signs of use, stains, or damage caused after delivery
- Mattresses and bedding (hygiene policy)
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Sale items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"
